The SIF form provides additional information needed by the Governors in order to set priority for places and needs to be completed by parents/carers wishing to apply for a Foundation place (A, B, or C iii-vi), or an Open place as a regular worshipper in a non-Christian community (D iii-iv). Before completing the SIF form, please read the admissions policy 2025-26. Priority for places will be allocated exactly as described there.  We will apply for references from your Church/Faith Community during November. 

Since the closing date of 31 October 2024 the online SIF is no longer available.  Please request a paper SIF from St Bede's Admissions if required.
